I am a firm believer that sometimes on this journey of life, we will encounter experiences that we need to walk through and not run through. I am committed to helping you to be successful in your journey. I am committed to helping you identify and do the work to be your best for yourself and for those whose lives you touch. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental environment that is conducive to an honest, empathic and direct exchange of information and ideas.

My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I hope that my goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment is a practical approach to unmasking and changing patterns of thinking or behavior. I work with adolescents and adults. My interests include but are not limited to: individual and group counseling for anxiety, anger management, career counseling, depression, grief, infertility, pre-marital counseling and couple counseling,
